Consultation

This is where we talk through your design, the fabric you have in mind, quantity, and when you need it by. Nothing gets ordered or cut until this part is clear.

Sampling

Before touching bulk fabric, we build a sample so you can check the fit, feel, and finish yourself. If something's off, we fix it here, not after 500 units are already cut.

Material Sourcing

Once you sign off on the sample, we lock in fabric, trims, and labels in the exact quantities the order needs.

Production

Cutting, sewing, printing, and embroidery all happen on the floor at this stage, matched to whatever was approved during sampling.

Quality Checks

This is where we talk through your design, the fabric you have in mind, quantity, and when you need it by. Nothing gets ordered or cut until this part is clear.

Packaging

Polybags, branded packaging, retail folds, whatever your spec calls for, this is where it gets packed to match.

Shipping
