Asiantex makes custom apparel for businesses, covering embroidery, screen printing, cut and sew, and related services. Most clients are US-based, though we work internationally too. Operations run out of Karachi, Pakistan, and North America inquiries and logistics are handled from our Mississauga, Ontario office.

On the technical side, the site logs basic data in the background whenever someone visits. This includes IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, which pages were visited, time spent on the site, and how you got here. Whether through a search engine, direct link, or referral.
We use cookies to keep the site functioning and to get a general picture of traffic and how visitors move around. We also run Facebook Pixel, which is Meta’s ad tracking tool. It tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads are actually bringing people to the site. Meta handles their end of that data under their own privacy policy. This is separate from ours.

Mostly to respond to whatever you came here for. Quote requests get quotes, production inquiries get answered, and order and contact details keep active projects moving along. We also look at site analytics to understand what’s working on our end.
Existing clients may hear from us occasionally with relevant updates, but we don’t send marketing emails to people who haven’t worked with us. If a legal obligation requires us to act on data we hold, we comply with that too.
No, and that’s not something we’re open to. Contact details, project information, communication history, none of it gets sold to third parties, data brokers, or anyone else. That’s not how we operate.

General inquiries and contact form submissions are kept for around two years. Records tied to actual client work, including orders, production communication, and related correspondence, may be retained longer, since there’s often a practical or legal reason to hold onto them.
If you’d like us to delete information we have on you, send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the ability to ask what personal information we’ve collected, request that it be deleted, and confirm that it isn’t being sold. It isn’t. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, and exercising these rights has no bearing on how you’re treated as a client or contact.
