Asian Tex was founded in Karachi, Pakistan, with a vision to deliver world-class garment embellishment services to manufacturers and exporters. What began with a single embroidery machine has evolved into a fully integrated production facility, offering a comprehensive range of services — including embroidery, printing, laser cutting, appliqué, and now, custom garment manufacturing.

Today, Asian Tex operates a modern facility equipped with advanced multi-head embroidery machines, including 20- and 22-head units for bulk production and dedicated 6-head machines for sampling. Our services include:
- Multi-head embroidery on woven, fleece, leather, and hosiery fabrics
- All-over embroidery and chenille embroidery
- Iron-on, sew-on, and Velcro-backed patches
- Laser cutting and custom appliqué work
- High-quality garment printing
In addition to these specialized services, we now offer custom garment manufacturing — from fabric sourcing and sampling to stitching, finishing, private labeling, and packaging. With a reliable in-house setup and a strong network of manufacturing partners, we provide clients with complete apparel production support, tailored to meet global quality and compliance standards.
Our fully digitized processes, in-house laser cutting, and embellishment capabilities allow for faster turnaround, consistent quality, and flexibility across order sizes and product categories.
